Scott Paskoff

Scott Paskoff (b 18 March 1973) is an American television producer and screenwriter best known for his work in reality television.
==Biography==

Producer, director and writer Scott Paskoff is a native of Massapequa, New York. After graduating from Arizona State University in 1995, Paskoff moved back to New York where he began his career in television before moving to Los Angeles in 1996 to further pursue his television and film career as a producer/writer in Hollywood, California.
Having written several television pilots, treatments, and screenplays, Paskoff’s had numerous projects in development with his twin brother Andrew, and were represented by the William Morris Agency and Paul Kohner Agency, in Los Angeles.
After three years at NBC (1997-2000), Paskoff took a job in TV development with Comedy Central (2000), helping develop many of the hits on the network including ''The Man Show'' and ''Crank Yankers''. In 2001 Paskoff, with his writing partner and twin brother Andrew, had a comedy screenplay in development at Sony Pictures with film producer Laurence Mark (''Jerry Maguire, As Good As It Gets, Finding Forrester, Dreamgirls'').
He moved back to New York City in 2003, after accepting the position of Head of TV/Film Development for a small talent agency.
Paskoff took his first Associate Producer job in reality television in 2005. Since then he has worked in both New York City and Los Angeles on many of reality TV's most popular series; (''Surreal Life (The Surreal Life: Fame Games), Real World/Road Rules Challenge, America’s Next Top Model, Big Brother, The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad''), producing across the US, and internationally.
Paskoff has worked with many reality production companies in Los Angeles and New York including 51 Minds Entertainment, Bunim/Murray Productions, 10 x 10 Productions, Allison Grodner Productions, Original Productions, LION TV, Endemol USA, Cris Abrego Productions, Shed Media, NEXT Entertainment, ISH Entertainment, High Noon Ent., and The Company.
From September 2009 through February 2010, Paskoff worked as the Senior Producer on MTV’s comedy series titled MegaDrive for Lion Television in New York. In November 2009 Scott, Andrew Paskoff and Wayne Carmona (''Entourage''), produced his first film, a short starring ''Entourage''’s Jordan Belfi, and in June 2010, Scott Paskoff sold his first show to LMNO Productions in LA.
From July through October 2010, Paskoff worked in Miami, producing the second season of ''Basketball Wives'' for VH-1. From there, Scott was the Supervising Producer for a Travel Channel pilot called ''“Mancation'', which was picked up for 6 episodes in 2011.
Paskoff was a producer on Ashley Hebert's season of ABC’s ''The Bachelorette'', and the second season of ''Bachelor Pad''. ''Bachelor Pad'' set a world-record with its three-hour premiere.
He was Senior Producer at Cris Abrego Productions, Inc. (51 Minds), on ''Top Secret Recipe'' for CMT, and directed ''The Big Smo Project: Boss of the Stix'' pilot for VH-1, as the Supervising Producer. After focusing on development, developing a few of his own projects and working on a few development projects for 51 Minds/Cris Abrego Productions, Inc., Paskoff went to Bodrum, Turkey to produce the 23rd season of MTV's ''The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons''. Upon returning from Bodrum, Paskoff took a job as the Supervising Producer on ''Race to the Scene'', Reelz Channel's new competition reality series hosted by Dolph Lundgren. Paskoff became a Development Executive, developing numerous projects for THE Company, including ''The Profit'' (TV series) on CNBC, and in December 2012, two shows sold to Spike TV.
In February 2013, Paskoff accepted a staff position with Fly On The Wall Entertainment, as its Director of Development. Since joining FOTW, Scott has been part of the team that has developed and sold 15 original projects to 13 different networks, including Lifetime Television, Food Network, Style Network, Great American Country, SundanceTV, CBS, The CW, E!, VH1, TLC Network, Oxygen Network, Spike TV, truTV and HGTV. Paskoff was the Vice President of Development for Bodega Pictures from August 2014 to April 2015. In his role, he oversaw the development slate for Bodega, working with several networks including Lifetime Television, History Channel, A&E Network, NFL Network, truTV and HGTV, while creating new business for the company.
Currently, Scott is the VP, Development & Programming for Keshet DCP, after accepting a newly created position, where he will spearhead development for the joint venture between Keshet International and Dick Clark Productions. After meeting Dick Clark in 1999, early in his career, this is a dream job for Mr. Paskoff.
